Enbridge Gas Distribution is one of the largest natural gas utilities operating in Ontario.
For over 15 years, we have been leaders in advocacy for the benefits of natural gas as a
transportation fuel and have been building and supporting the natural gas vehicle market
within our franchise area in Ontario. NGV Ontario is our commitment to providing concise
natural gas vehicle information to Ontario customers.
The following map outlines our respective franchise and customer service areas.
Enbridge Gas Distribution is owned by
Enbridge Inc. a leader in energy
transportation, distribution and services. Enbridge Gas Distribution has
actively supported NGVs since the early 80's and has created a special "NGV Business
Development" department to promote and market the benefits of NGVs.
Our NGV Business Development department currently offers the following programs:
- Design, service and maintain a network of public refueling
stations in our Franchise areas of:
Greater Toronto, Niagara and Eastern Ontario
- NGV Station design, engineering and project management
- Support factory built natural gas vehicles through marketing
and sales efforts
- Work closely with all levels of government to support
by-laws, policies and incentive programs in order to encourage
the use of environmentally superior low emission vehicles.
- Design, produce and sell high quality aftermarket Natural
gas vehicle conversion systems
- Maintain an authorized conversion center network of professionally
trained class "A" installers.
- Fleet and taxi conversion and consultation services
- Rental and sale of natural gas vehicle fuel cylinders
- Rental of vehicle refueling appliances
