Enbridge Gas Distribution offers solutions for Commercial vehicle Operators to fill at their business. These systems provide immediate fuel cost savings and increased productivity by refuelling on-site.
- "Time-Fill" systems - take advantage of downtime by refuelling overnight or while the vehicle is not in use, completely unattended. Connect the hose nozzle to the vehicle and let the system refuel your vehicle. Everything is automatic, including the shutdown of the system when the vehicle's fuel cylinder is full.
- "Fast-Fill" systems - provide the same fuelling as provided by a public station whereby most vehicles are refuelled in just 2-3 minutes. Vehicles can conveniently fuel as they come and go from your facility.
A combination configuration can be implemented where both Fast-Fill and Time-Fill systems are needed. This provides the convenience of the time fill system with the added advantage of providing constant access to fuel with the Fast-Fill system. A fleet of vehicles with different refuelling needs benefit from this type of system.

Off-Road - Forklifts and Ice Cleaning Machines
Natural gas is an excellent fuel for use with indoor vehicles and the reduced emissions provide a clean alternative to other fuels.
"Fast-Fill" systems can be installed for forklifts offering a full tank of fuel in just a couple of minutes. No more waiting until the cylinder is empty - you can add more fuel whenever you need it.
They also provide a "Time-Fill" system where ice cleaning machines take advantage of downtime by refuelling overnight or while the vehicle is not in use, completely unattended.
Refuelling Your Personal Vehicle
Residential
Natural gas is the only fuel approved for home refuelling. The Vehicle Refuelling Appliance (VRA) is certified as an "appliance", and can be installed outdoors with the option to fuel your vehicle in your own garage.
The VRA provides refuelling overnight or while the vehicle is not in use, completely unattended. It is as simple as connecting the hose nozzle to the vehicle receptacle and letting the system refuel your vehicle. Everything is automatic, including the shutdown of the system when the vehicle's fuel cylinder is full.

Public Refuelling Locations
There are many convenient public refuelling stations in Ontario. These public access sites offer self-service and full-service refuelling capabilities, and are located primarily at existing retail refuelling stations. The time required to fill your vehicle is equivalent to gasoline dispensing.
